Baxterbear was TREEKLED to meet Alan Pardew, manager of Newcastle United Football Club! Alan had heard that Baxterbear had been making a difference to local people by working with Whickham Rotary Club, Baxterbear was CONFUDDLED when Alan invited him to train with the Newcastle team, but Alan had noticed Baxterbear’s tummy – rather big due to too much shortbread! Baxterbear is looking forward to training with the Newcastle United team.
