Baxterbear supporting British Youth Corps of Drums
Baxterbear is TREEKLED to support the British Youth Corps of Drums and is looking forward to spending some time with them in 2012, hense he has started taking lessons.
BYCD now has 50 members throughout 6 organisations and has grown significantly in its first year of operation.
Some of the BYCD Aims are:
- Preserve the traditions of Military Corps of Drums music ( Drum Flute Bugle) and bring drumming to all areas of Britain through youth involvement
- bring the principals of leadership commitment honesty and integrity to communities society and in education
- create the vital link between military and civilian, youth and adult Corps of Drums throughout Great Britain.
-aid and assist in the Resurrection of the old and the setting up of the new, corps of Drums in schools, counties and local communities
