I'm treekled to tell you that I'm busy working with my webby friends on my new website & international shop.On the 9th of the 9th I'll update you. I'm doubly treekled because 9 is my favourite number and September is the 9th month!

Now I'm going to let you into a secret, two secrets - why 9 is my favourite number and why Elephants are my favourite animals.

The story begins during World War II when Pilot Baxter and I were shot down over the jungles of Burma whilst flying reconnaissance for the British Army. After five days we were rescued by a Gurkha Army unit. After a further four days of trekking through the jungle we reached the Army ambulance which would take us to the field hospital at Imphal in India for treatment to Pilot Baxter's life-threatening injuries. Due to the monsoon rains the ambulance got stuck in the mud, so one of the Gurkha's called for a mahout and his Elephant. With his enormous strength this magnificent animal pushed the truck and at last we were on our way to Imphal.

If I can be of any help please email my P.A. daisy@baxterbear.com
