My Special Shortbread Recipe:
You will need:
2 oz Caster Sugar
4 oz butter
6 oz plain flour
Put the sugar into a bowl. Slowly melt the butter and pour over the sugar and mix well. Sift flour into the mixture, then knead altogether until well mixed and forms a ball.
Put into greased sandwich tin and press well down until even. Prick with a fork. Place in oven and bake at 350F or 150-155C for 30-35 minutes. Then cut whilst still warm.

Mon Recette Special “Shortbread”
Il faudra:
2 onces sucre poudree
4 onces de buerre
6 onces de farine
Mis le sucre dans un bol. Doucement fondre le buerre, verser sur le sucre et puis melange bien. Tamiser la farine dans le melange et puis tout petrir jusqu’il est bien melange et form une balle.
Mis dans une etain graissee, et presse la mixture bien en bas lorsqu’il est tout plat. Piquer avec une fourchette. Mis au four et cuire a 350F ou 150-155C pendant 30-35 minutes. Coupe quand chaud.
