I never leave home without my favourite shortbread - my mouth is watering just at the thought of it! As you know, my mission is to make a difference. Well, at the age of just 21 Joseph Walker the founder of the world famous shortbread company also had a mission - to make the world's finest shortbread, and right here in Scotland! That was way back in 1898, 30 years

before I was born, and the Walker family to this day carry forward this tradition of baking the finest shortbreads, biscuits, cakes and oatcakes, using great grandfather's original recipes and only the finest, natural ingredients. Mmm .. these thoughts are making me feel rather peckish, so I'm off to tickle my tastebuds with some of that delicious buttery shortbread.
